Arena Plus Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the Arena Plus platform, accessible at arenaplus.my and through the Arena Plus mobile app. They form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Arena Plus ("the Platform", "we", "us").

By completing the registration process and creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register or use the platform. Your continued use of Arena Plus after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register and use Arena Plus, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or otherwise prohibited from participating in online gaming.
• Provide accurate and complete personal information during registration.

Arena Plus does not knowingly permit minors to register or play. If it is determined at any point that a player does not meet the age requirement, the account will be suspended immediately, any winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at the platform's discretion. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one Arena Plus account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is not permitted and may result in all associated accounts being suspended. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide your real name, a valid Philippine contact number for OTP verification, and a valid email address. Your account details must match the identification documents you submit during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is complete.

You must keep your login credentials confidential. Arena Plus will never ask you to share your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact support immediately. Arena Plus is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on Arena Plus are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are processed through supported local payment methods, which may include Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. The availability of specific payment channels is subject to change and is shown in the Deposit section of the platform.

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits or wagering on Arena Plus.

Withdrawals are processed to payment methods that match the player's verified identity. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed if additional verification is required. Processing times vary depending on the payment method. Arena Plus reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal.

Funds in your Arena Plus account are held for gaming purposes only. Account balances do not earn interest. Arena Plus does not act as a bank and the platform should not be used as a financial storage service.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

Arena Plus offers sports betting, live casino games, slots, eBingo, and other gaming products. Each product type is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the respective section of the platform. These general Terms apply across all product types.

All bets placed on Arena Plus are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted by the system. Winnings are credited to your account balance after the relevant event or game round is settled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Collusion or match-fixing in any form.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in the platform.
• Arbitrage betting or any strategy designed to systematically exploit promotions.
• Any form of fraudulent activity, including chargebacks.

Arena Plus reserves the right to void bets placed under circumstances where errors have occurred, including but not limited to technical faults, mis-priced markets, or events that have been settled incorrectly. In such cases, the relevant stake will be returned to the player's account.

6. Promotions and Bonuses

Arena Plus may offer promotions, bonuses, and other incentives to players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the offer. Where no separate terms are stated, these general Terms apply.

Arena Plus does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any offer at any time. Players who are found to be abusing promotional offers may have their accounts restricted.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

Arena Plus reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour is identified.
• A player requests self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
• Arena Plus is required to do so for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deducting applicable bonuses or amounts under investigation) will be returned to the player through their verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact Arena Plus support through the platform's help section. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed promptly.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Arena Plus platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and design elements — is the property of Arena Plus or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Arena Plus content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of Arena Plus intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

Arena Plus provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary service interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arena Plus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including losses from betting or gaming outcomes. Gaming involves financial risk — you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. Arena Plus does not guarantee any outcome and makes no promise of winnings or returns.

10. Changes to These Terms

Arena Plus reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
